Life Bangkok Boulevard
SC Asset Corp has introduced its latest residential project with the aim of creating a new community at Phetkasem 81.
The SC Community project will have a market value of Bt1.2 billion. It will consist of 92 modern resort style detached houses in a development called Life Bangkok Boulevard, along with 180 two-storey townhouses and 92 three-storey townhouses in a development called Vista Avenue Townhomes.
The project will also have at its front a community mall by Tesco-Lotus called Lotus@Park.
The project covers 70 rai (11.2 hectares) of land, and more than 10 rai of this has been set aside as a green area to provide a leisure-time focus for the community that will grow there.

SC Asset has also designed both the detached houses and the townhouses according to a modern contemporary concept, using large windows as a link between exterior and interior and giving a feeling of open space, much like a modern resort, chief operating officer Kree Dejchai said.
He said the detached houses at Life Bangkok Boulevard had been designed with a younger lifestyle in mind. Each will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on between 50 and 90 square wah (200 and 360 square metres) of land. Space inside will be between 163 and 187 square metres, and prices will start from Bt3.99 million per unit.
About 60 per cent of the 92 detached houses have already been presold.
In designing the detached houses, the company was concerned to create a relaxed atmosphere by proving a large area of glass, linking the interior and exterior of the three house styles in modern contemporary resort style.
The functionality of the houses also shows concern for lifestyles. The ground floors have a living area, working area, dining room and kitchen. The upper floors are divided into a master bedroom and children’s bedrooms, but once again, large windows give a spacious feeling to the upper floors, and a feeling of closeness with nature.
There will be two types of townhouses within Vista Avenue Townhome. The two-storey units are being offered at a starting price of Bt1.99 million, and the three-storey units from Bt2.69 million. About 35 per cent of the 272 townhouses have already been presold.
[relatedposts]The townhouses are also designed to make the most of their natural surroundings. Large windows are a prominent feature under the resort concept, and the outlook will be dominated by a long lake in front of the townhouses.
Kree said SC Asset was offering promotions until the end of this month to try to speed up sales. Customers who buy a detached house at Life Bangkok Boulevard will get a fully furnished house and an alarm system at a starting price of Bt4.19 million. In the Vista Avenue development, buyers of three-storey townhouses at a starting price of Bt2.69 million will receive 30 promotional items and those who buy two-storey townhouses at a starting price of Bt1.99 million will also receive 30 promotional items, he said.
