Four Pattana launches 2nd residential development

Modern tropical and modern oriental are the design themes for 43 detached houses at the Baan Bussaba Tiwanon project, by home-building firm Four Pattana, which has diversified its business to undertake residential development.

Managing director Pramote Theerakul said the company had designed the houses with concern for the lifestyles of home-owners looking for privacy and closeness to nature. The company’s architect had chosen a modern style, but combined it with a tropical theme in some and an oriental theme in others.

Baan Bussaba Tiwanon, which has a market value of Bt200 million, is located in Soi Watmakarm, Pathum Thani. Purchase prices start from Bt3.69 million per unit. The development is on a 12-rai (1.92 hectare) plot divided into 43 units with a land area ranging from 56 to 121 square wah (224 to 484 square metres).

Most of the houses will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. They will have large windows and glass doors forming a link with the outside, in modern tropical style.

“Our design provides more garden space and is also concerned about interior functionality,” he said.

Home-buyers will be able to change the room functions to suit their lifestyle.

[relatedposts]Pramote admitted that 2009 looked like being a pretty tough year in general, and his company’s strategy needed considerable adjustment. Since Four Pattana has chosen to launch Baan Bassaba at a tough time, the company needs to be very careful, as there are quite a number of players in the segment and the market is very competitive, he said.

“However, given our strong franchise as a leading contractor with more than 28 years’ experience of never using sub-contractors, and complete service offerings including interior and landscaping, I am sure all these things will add up to make the customers see the difference. I am convinced that we will achieve the same success as we did with Baan Chune-Ratchada, which was our first joint venture.” Pramote said.

To support its presales drive, the company will launch a two-day sales campaign for Baan Bussaba starting on Saturday. It will offer a cash discount of up to Bt1 million to the customers who reserve the first five houses.
